- Potato
- Salt

How to make a potato head
- – First of all wash the potatoes thoroughly. Then add water and salt in the cooker and boil it.
- Then peel it and grind it. – Now add sugar, garam masala, ginger chilli paste, chopped coriander, juice of half a lemon. Then mix everything. You can also add boiled vegetables of your choice to the masala of patata vada.
- Now make small Nina balls out of it. – Now take a bowl of gram flour in another pan. – Add salt and red chilli as per taste.
- Then add water to it and make a thick paste. – Add baking soda to it and mix.
- Heat the oil enough to fry the potato ends. Then dip the balls in gram flour and fry in oil. So your hot potato head is ready.
