Ingredients for making Rajgara Farali Puri
2 cups gram flour
1/2 cup ghee
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon rock salt
water as required
- oil for frying
How to make Rajgara Farali Puri
1). Mix ghee, turmeric and rock salt in gram flour.

3) Mix water and knead the dough. Keep the dough for 10-15 minutes.
4). Make small round shaped balls from the dough.
5)Make puri in machine or by weaving.
6). Deep fry in hot oil.
