Ingredients to make Makhana Dosa
- 1 cup roasted makhana
- 1/2 cup pressed rice
- 1/2 teaspoon fruit salt
- 1 cup semolina
- 1/2 cup thick sour curd
- salt as required
How to make Makhana Dosa
- In a bowl, add makhana, rava, poha, curd, 1 cup water and salt as per taste and mix well.
- Now leave it for 10-12 minutes.
- Put this mixture in a blender with 1/2 cup water.
- Blend until a smooth batter is formed.
- Take out this batter in a bowl and keep stirring it continuously so that the batter becomes puffy.
- – Now add Eno and mix again.
- Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with oil.
- – Pour 2 spoons of batter on the pan and spread it in a round shape.
- Cook on one side and then turn to the other side.
- Serve Makhana Dosa with chutney and eat.
