Chatra, 4 October (Hindustan Reporter). Pradeep Kumar took charge as Simaria CDPO on Friday. He took over from outgoing SDPO Ajay Kumar Kesari.

Pathalgada police station in-charge Alok Ranjan Choudhary, Simaria, Kunda and Lavalong police station in-charge and others were present on the spot. On this occasion, CDPO Pradeep Kumar said that stopping extremism, crime and opium cultivation and smuggling is his priority. He said that opium cultivation will not be allowed in the area under any circumstances. Police and administration will stop the cultivation of poison with the help of villagers.
