Giving information about the incident, Telangana Police said that the incident happened on Thursday. In the night, about 6 people attacked the house of a 45-year-old woman and set it on fire in Katriyal village of Ramayampet mandal. On receiving information that a woman was attacked and set on fire, the police reached the spot and took the injured woman to the hospital. However, she could not be saved and the woman died during treatment.

Based on preliminary investigation, the local police said that the criminals had accused the woman of performing black magic on her family member. About this matter, about 6 people attacked the woman. They burnt the woman alive.
