There are many things that we have become accustomed to using. For example, drinking water in plastic bottles every day, cooking food in aluminum utensils, eating things fried in refined oil seem normal to us. Some habits can cause many health problems. You might not even realize that there are many things that we use daily which can harm our health.

1. Reduce plastic from kitchen-
According to health experts, the first thing is to reduce the use of plastic. Minimize the use of plastic in the kitchen wherever possible. Plastic water bottles and containers are very harmful to health. Kitchen plastic contains BPA which is considered a dangerous chemical. Plastic toxins get mixed into water and food. Which gradually harms health.

2. Reduce aluminum intake-
Cooking food with aluminum produces aluminum oxide which causes stomach problems. Aluminum reacts with certain acidic foods to cause acidity. Its reaction with many substances is toxic. Instead of aluminium, you can use cooker, pan, steel or iron.

3. Do not use stale spices-
If you want more nutrients in your body and want to rid your body of diseases, then use fresh spices. Avoid using old and stale spices. Masala kept open for 1 month will spoil. Bring spices in small packets. It is best if you use home made spices. – Keep the spices in a steel or bone china vessel. Glass vessels can also be used for storage.

4. Reduce the use of microwave-
Nowadays we also use microwave to heat food. Use microwave as little as possible. Because, it generates more heat than required. Due to which various types of chemicals can enter the stomach. Do not use plastic in the microwave at all. Do not use animal fats repeatedly in the microwave.

5. Avoid using refined oil-
Nowadays the use of refined oil has increased which is very harmful for our body. Avoid cholesterol intake as much as possible. Instead of refined oil, mustard oil, groundnut oil or ghee will be more beneficial.
