According to the organizers' allegation, she had promised to attend a program of women entrepreneurs to be held in Jaipur on the same day and had also taken Rs 5 lakh in advance as attendance fee. However, she did not reach the program at the last moment. The organizers have also hinted at filing a legal case against Trupti.
However, Trupti had denied these allegations. A statement issued by her said that she had gone to Jaipur only for the promotion of her film and had not made any commitment to attend any special event or private function. He also did not accept any fee for any such appearance.
