How to make Moraiya Khichdi
- 1 cup morya (samo)
- 2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon rock salt
- 1/4 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp ghee
- water as required
How to make Moraiya Khichdi
- Wash and soak the moraiya.
- – Heat ghee in a pan.
- Add turmeric, rock salt, coriander powder and potatoes to it.
- – Now add Morayo to it and mix well.
- Add water and cook on low flame.
- Tamari Moraiya Khichdi is ready, serve hot.
