Rajkot Police Commissioner's announcement regarding Navratri has come out. In which there is a ban on playing loud speakers after 12 o'clock in the night. Also, the notification will be valid from 3rd to 12th October. Legal action will be taken against anyone who violates the notification.

Rajkot Police Commissioner has announced that playing loud speakers after 12 midnight is prohibited during Raas Garba. Police have announced that strict action will be taken against those who violate the notification. The notification will be valid from 3rd to 12th October. Besides, the players have also lost their desire to play Garba on the sound system till late night. Action will be taken if the microphone or sound system is switched on anywhere after 12 midnight.
80 applications received for commercial Garba during Navratri in Ahmedabad
Yesterday, DCP in Ahmedabad said in his statement that 80 applications have been received for commercial Garba during Navratri in Ahmedabad. Hence, Ahmedabad Police officials have to stay on top to ensure that Navratri is celebrated well in the city. Women officers, traffic jawans and local policemen will be present in this team. Along with this, guidelines will be followed to prevent noise pollution. Besides, special monitoring will also be maintained to avoid any untoward incident. According to the DCP statement, the organizers have been instructed to maintain vigilance including keeping CCTV on a commercial basis, installing loudspeakers till 12 midnight, keeping separate entrances for men and women, parking arrangements, details of parking vehicles. Along with this, the organizers have also been instructed to exercise caution so that no one falls into drug addiction.
14,000 policemen will be deployed in the city during Navratri.
Facilities including ambulance have to be kept during Garba. Now people are having heart attacks at young age, hence it is mandatory to keep ambulance stationed at the Garba venue. Also instructions have been given that if the planners do not follow the guidelines then the plan will be canceled and action will be taken against them. 14,000 policemen will be deployed in the city during Navratri.
