gurmeet ram raheem news : Haryana government has approved 20-day parole of Dera Sachcha Sauda chief Gurumeet Ram Rahim. After getting the approval of the Election Commission, the government took a decision in this regard on Tuesday and informed it to the Divisional Commissioner of Rohtak. After the official approval of Divisional Commissioner, Gurmeet Ram Rahim came out of Rohtak's Sunaria Jail on Wednesday.
Earlier, an application was submitted to the Chief Electoral Officer of the state for release on parole on behalf of Ram Rahim. It has been said in the application that October 5 is the death anniversary of Dera Sacha Sauda chief's father Magar Singh. Apart from this, some other reasons have also been mentioned in the application.
Gurmeet Ram Rahim's application has been given at a time when elections are about to be held in the state. The permission of the Chief Electoral Officer of the state is required for the release of any prisoner lodged in jail during elections. This is not the first time that Ram Rahim has been granted parole during the recent elections, earlier Ram Rahim was granted furlough or parole during the golden days of democracy.

Meanwhile, Congress has filed a complaint with the Election Commission of India opposing the parole of the Dera chief. Haryana Congress Legal Cell Chairman KC Bhatia has said in the complaint sent to the Election Commission that there is a possibility of the election results being affected if the Dera chief comes out of jail. Therefore Deramukhi should not be given parole.
Along with this, Election Department's nodal officer Manish Kumar Lohan says that according to the law, the Dera chief has the right to parole. Therefore, the Election Department has given conditional parole to the Dera chief. During parole, Deramukhi will not be allowed to go anywhere in Haryana.
Ram Rahim had applied for parole to the Sunaria jail administration under the normal procedure. After this, on Monday night the Election Commission agreed to give conditional parole to Ram Rahim and said that it is within the jurisdiction of the government to take this decision.

The commission said that Ram Rahim will not participate in any political program during the parole period. The Dera chief will not come to Haryana and will not give any political statement on the internet media.
Chief Minister approved 20 days parole
Amidst this uproar, the acting Chief Minister on Tuesday evening approved the 20-day parole of Gurmeet Ram Rahim. After completing the formalities on behalf of the Chief Secretary's office, the matter in this regard has been sent to the Director General of Jail and Divisional Commissioner of Rohtak for further action.
According to the rules, the Divisional Commissioner of Rohtak will give this information to the administration of the district where Ram Rahim will stay during the parole period. Apart from this, Rohtak Divisional Commissioner has also issued instructions to Sunaria Jail Administration regarding the parole of Ram Rahim. after which Ram Rahim Have come out of jail.
