1. Butter

2. Ice cream
If you are fond of eating ice cream, then let us tell you that it can increase cholesterol significantly. USDA says that if you eat 100 grams of vanilla flavored ice cream, 41 mg of cholesterol reaches the body, which is not at all good for heart health.
3. Biscuit
Who does not like to eat biscuits with tea, but it can increase cholesterol significantly. According to the Australian government health website, the biscuits are processed and contain saturated fat. This causes coronary artery disease.
4. Patties or fried chicken
One should avoid eating fried foods like pakodas and fried chicken. These foods contain the worst kind of fat, called trans fat. This is the main reason for increasing bad cholesterol.
5. Burgers, Pizza
If you eat too much of junk food like burgers, pizza and pasta, then be careful, because butter, cream, cheese and many artificial ingredients are used in making them, which help in depositing cholesterol in the arteries.
