Statements of people were recorded in TTD

Andhra Pradesh DGP Dwaraka Tirumala Rao has said that a petition has been filed in the Supreme Court regarding the formation of SIT. This was discussed in the court yesterday. Our team came under the leadership of IG who visited various places of TTD, receiving area, sample collection area and they examined the people and recorded statements. DGP said that the Supreme Court has asked to stay the investigation for some time, hence following the order of the Supreme Court, we have stopped the investigation for some time.

Yesterday the Supreme Court heard the Tirupati Laddu Prasadam case and said that God and politics should be kept away. Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan has said that the court has not said that there is no adulteration in laddus. He has commented on whatever information the court has. The judges of the Supreme Court did not call it pure. Pawan Kalyan said that there was confusion regarding the date which will be resolved. Pawan Kalyan said that this is not just a matter of Prasad. What types of violations have occurred in the last 5 years? Our government will move forward on this.
