West Singhbhum, 30 September (Hindustan Reporter). In the Parivartan Sabha of Bharatiya Janata Party on Monday in Jagarnathpur of Kolhan division of Jharkhand, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi said that despite being two separate states, Odisha and Jharkhand are like one life. These two states were once united in the Akhand Rajya. During this, he also fiercely targeted the coalition government led by Chief Minister Hemant Soren in Jharkhand.

Majhi said that a puppet government is running in Jharkhand for the last four and a half years. It is hoped that Maa Durga will definitely destroy them in the coming elections. Expressing concern over the condition of farmers, he said that the minimum monthly income of agricultural farmers here is only Rs 4,400, which is the lowest in the country. Hemant government of the state is responsible for this. Therefore, it is necessary to form BJP government in Jharkhand.

Expressing concern about the Oriya language in Jharkhand, Majhi said that the Oriya speaking people in the state are in a second class condition. It is the responsibility of Hemant government to uplift them but Oriya language is neglected in Jharkhand. He said that the Hemant government is trying to make the Oriya language extinct by not reinstating the teachers here. Hemant government is hatching a conspiracy to make Oriya language extinct.

Majhi said that a double engine government has to be formed in Jharkhand also. BJP's double engine government does whatever it says. Only a few months ago, BJP government was formed in Odisha and it is fulfilling the promises made there. This is being seen in our Odisha. He said that after the formation of BJP government in Jharkhand, the request of Oriya teachers in 136 schools of the state will be accepted and their honorarium will be increased from Rs 3,000 to Rs 6,000, the outstanding amount of teachers will also be given. Free books will also be given to Oriya students here and school buildings will also be constructed. He also said that all the tribal people will have to come together and bring the BJP government. He said that if BJP government is formed in Jharkhand, Rs 2100 will be given to women's accounts under Ayo Gogo Didi Scheme.
