Kaithal, 29 September (Hindustan Reporter). Rajya Sabha MP and Congress General Secretary Randeep Surjewala has said that the DNA of Brahmin community is in the blood of Congress. If Congress government is formed in the state, Brahmin Welfare Board should be formed. The chairman of that board should also be an enlightened citizen of the Brahmin community. Randeep Surjewala was speaking at the Brahmin conference organized at Khurania Palace on Sunday. Former Sarpanch Mohanlal Sharma, Kaviraj, Naresh Bhardwaj, Pradeep Sharma, PL Bhardwaj presented him the turban and the ax on behalf of the Brahmin community.
Surjewala said that a corpus of Rs 100 crore to Rs 300 crore should be put in the Brahmin Welfare Board. After education, a Brahmin youth who wants to start his own business should be given a provision of getting a loan without any guarantee at an interest rate of two or four percent. He said that BJP has done the work of taking Brahmins from throne to the floor while ignoring them. BJP, Naib Saini and Khattar use the Brahmin community only for political gains, but later why does the Brahmin community have to become a victim of economic, political and social backwardness by the BJP. BJP always used Brahmins. The BJP had sidelined the same Ram Vilas Sharma, who had served the BJP for 40 years and under whose chairmanship and leadership it gained power in Haryana, and made the inexperienced Chief Minister.
