Some became teachers, some became engineers, some became technicians. Youth got jobs in different fields. Today again, this auditorium has paved the way for about 444 youth to enter the new journey of their lives. Today is a happy day for you and your family. The Chief Minister said this in his address at the appointment letter distribution program of newly selected 444 training officers organized at Shaurya Auditorium, ZAP-1, Doranda, Ranchi on Saturday. He said that the present time is of technology. Now it is very important for every person to be efficient and skilled. Now the speed of time has increased. Everyone is short of time. Now it depends on you how much speed you can give to your life. The Chief Minister said that there have been many challenges during the tenure of the present government but our government never accepted defeat. The state government neither stopped nor got tired. Because, our government has always received the support and love of the common people.

Youth are getting new direction in the field of employment

Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that today appointment letters have been provided to the students studying in ITIs of the state. After the formation of the state, I think this is the first or second time that ITI students are receiving appointment letters. Our government is making tireless efforts to give new direction to the youth on the path of employment. Our government has always tried to work for everyone. The Chief Minister said that we cannot say that we have completed every task 100 percent but the work has been done with honesty and commitment to include the state among the leading states of the country.

Added all the links related to the conduct of competitive examination

The Chief Minister said that after saving lives and livelihood for two years due to Corona infection, in such a short time, be it JPSC, JSSC or distribution of appointment letters for different departments, all the work has been done continuously. The process of conducting the examination or the process of deciding the exam date, all these works are going on at a fast pace. Our government has connected all the necessary subjects to do all this. New appointment rules have been made by removing the inconsistencies in the appointment rules. The Chief Minister said that the appointment rules of JPSC were made for the first time and we conducted the examination in record days and also made appointments. Today those youth are serving the state in various departments.

The youth of the state are continuously moving forward by demonstrating their potential.

The Chief Minister said that the opportunity of campus selection is also provided in the polytechnic centres, under which this year itself more than 3 thousand students have got employment in various sectors like Tata Motors, Hitachi, Honda, Maruti Suzuki etc. State Government Has been made available through the efforts of. Employed students are rapidly progressing in different companies by improving their skills. It always makes me happy to know this.
