Nidhi Udyog, run by Saurabh Aggarwal from the district, has been selected to participate in the second edition of the International Trade Fair Greater Noida from Ballia. Nidhi Udyog has set up a stall of pure desi gram sattu roasted in the furnace. Sattu of Ballia has spread its shine among more than 22 hundred stalls. The special thing is that an initiative has also been taken to select Sattu of Ballia's specific taste in the category of one district one product. The administration has sent a proposal to the government to include it in ODOP. It is expected that the survey will be conducted by the Small and Micro Industries Department soon. If Sattu is selected under One District One Product, employment will be available to thousands of families. Because in the district, pure desi gram is prepared by roasting it in the traditional way in the furnace. Whose sweet fragrance attracts everyone. Perhaps this is the reason why Bati-Chokha made from Sattu of Ballia is famous in the country and abroad.
