You can adopt the process of extracting ghee as per your convenience. In both the processes you will get pure ghee. Let us know about the easy method of making ghee at home.

Method 1: Extracting ghee directly from cream
To extract ghee directly from cream, you have to put it in a pan and cook till ghee comes out.
– First of all, put the cream in a big vessel and keep it to melt. – Keep the cream on low flame. After some time, ghee will start separating from the cream. During this process, keep stirring it with a spoon so that it does not stick to the bottom of the vessel.
For granulated ghee, add less than a pinch of salt. – Now turn off the gas and filter the ghee in another vessel with the help of a strainer. Pure ghee is ready.
If ghee is made by storing cream for 15-16 days, the ghee will be excellent. That thing will not come in old cream.

Second method: Making butter from cream and extracting ghee.
Making butter and extracting ghee from cream takes less time and produces more ghee. If you are using this method, first put the cream in the mixer. – After putting the cream in the mixer, add some ice cubes and water to it. – Now start the mixer.
By beating the cream in the mixer you will see that the butter separates easily from the cream. – Now the process of making ghee from this butter will start.
– Put butter in a pan and heat it.
Keep in mind that do not throw away the remaining water from the cream but use it to make gravy for vegetables, dal or rice.
– Keep stirring the butter in the pan with the help of a spoon. After some time the ghee will separate from the butter. – Now turn off the gas and filter it when it cools down. Pure ghee is ready.
Ghee can also be extracted from the clippings left after filtering. To do this, put the remaining burnt cream back in the pan, add 2 glasses of water and let it boil. Ghee comes out from the cream and floats in water. – Now keep it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, then cut out the ghee collected in the vessel. After this process, ghee comes out for the second time also.
