Potato – 500 grams

How to make potato chips
To make potato chips, first wash and peel the potatoes thoroughly, then cut them into thin pieces.
Keep in mind, the thinner the slices, the thinner the chips will be.
– After this, soak the potato pieces in cold water for 15-20 minutes.
This will remove the starch from the potatoes and the chips will become crunchy.
Then pat the soaked pieces dry on a clean cloth.
