How to make Pav Bhaji

  • Pav Bhaji will be made in three steps –
    To make garlic chutney, first soak 6 red dry Kashmiri chillies in hot water for 3 hours. Then put these soaked chillies in a mixer jar with some water, add 7 garlic cloves and salt. Then grind it. – Then take out the sauce in a bowl.
  • In the second step, take chopped carrots, flowers, beetroot, potatoes, brinjal and peas in the cooker. Then add water, a little pav bhaji masala, salt and boil it.
  • In the third step, take oil in a pan. Then add cumin seeds, kasoori methi, then finely chopped onion and fry. Then add chopped capsicum and fry. Then add turmeric, red chilli, pavbhaji masala, salt and mix. Then add finely chopped tomatoes and garlic chutney and mix.
  • – Mash the cooked vegetables well in the cooker. That is, cut it. – Then put all these vegetables in the pan. Then let it cook for some time and add lemon juice and green coriander to it. Your vegetable is ready.
  • – Now put butter in a pan, add pav bhaji masala and green coriander and fry the pav. Now serve it with chopped onion and buttermilk.
