How to make Punjabi Rajma Masala
- First of all, wash Rajma with water and put it in a pressure cooker, add water, salt and turmeric powder, close the lid of the cooker and boil for 3-4 whistles.
- – Now heat oil in a pan and add mustard, cumin and asafoetida and fry.
- – Now add onion, ginger-garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
