Sirsa, September 26 (HS). The schedule for the second inspection of the election expense register of the candidates has been issued. Expense observer Vijay Singh will inspect the expense register of candidates of all assembly constituencies on September 28 at the Faculty House of CDLU. All election candidates or their representatives should reach the scheduled date, time and place and get their election expense register checked along with complete documents.
Expenditure supervisor Vijay Singh said that candidates should maintain their election expenditure register on a daily basis. The election expenditure of a candidate should not exceed the prescribed limit of Rs 40 lakh set by the Election Commission. He said that the expenditure register has three parts, which are divided into A, B, C parts in the form of white, pink and yellow papers.
He said that daily expenses will be written in the white part A. Cash transactions will be recorded in the pink part B and transactions made with the bank will be recorded in the yellow part C. He said that the expenditure register of the candidates will be checked on September 28. Therefore, the candidates themselves or their representatives will present themselves before him during office hours with their election expenditure register.
