The family blamed the BMC

Usha Sable, the cousin of the deceased woman, said, 'We received a call from the police at around 11:30 pm. It was said that one of your relatives has died. This accident is very sad. We have lodged a complaint. This is gross negligence on the part of BMC, because no sign board was installed there.'

The deceased woman has been identified as Vimal Appasha Gaikwad. After this incident, questions are being raised once again on Mumbai Municipal Corporation.
