The Panchayat level has imposed a ban on Halwais
After Ghiori Panchayat of Dehra subdivision, Padhar Panchayat of development block Dharamshala has also passed a proposal to ban Halwais in the Panchayat area. Panchayat Mukhiya Indu Rani said that if anyone is found roaming in the Panchayat without registration, a fine of two thousand rupees will be imposed on him.
