Parkinson’s –
The main cause of hand tremors is Parkinson's disease. It is a neurological disease, which mainly affects the nervous system. In this disease, there is a deficiency of a chemical called dopamine in the part of the brain that controls muscle movement. Due to which hands start trembling. Additionally, there may be stiffness in the hand and loss of balance.
Hyperthyroidism –
Hyperthyroidism can also be a reason behind hand tremors. This is a condition in which the thyroid gland produces too much thyroid hormone. Due to which the heart rate increases and the hands and legs start trembling.

It is a neurological disorder in which parts of the body, primarily the hands, begin to tremble. It has no apparent cause and is considered idiopathic. The disease is often caused by genetic factors and can begin at any age. It is very important to treat it early, otherwise the condition can worsen severely over time.
