But Shikhar's ambitions are not limited to business. During the Covid-19 pandemic, when communities were most affected, he came forward and provided ration kits for six months to 3,000 families. Much earlier, during Solapur's worst drought, Shikhar mobilised 1,300 water tankers to provide life-saving water resources to those in need. His philanthropic work reflects a deep commitment to giving back to people and places.
Shikhar shared the mantra
Like his grandfather, Shikhar’s public service mindset is reflected in everything he does. For him, it’s all about community, service, and making sure that success inspires many people, not just him. When asked about his inspiration, Shikhar is quick to share his mantra, “Serve people – don’t let them serve you.”
It is the culmination of nature and sportsmanship
Be it real estate, social work or sports, Shikhar always stands by his values. You will often find him relaxing on the polo field or spending time with animals, balancing his ambitious career and personal life, which reflects his love for nature and sports.
