Moradabad, 23 September (HS). In Majhola police station area, the tenant's friend raped the landlord's daughter by feeding her intoxicants in chilli potatoes. On complaining, the accused threatened to kill the victim's brother. In this case, Majhola police registered a case and arrested the accused tenant's friend on Monday.
The father, who lives in Thana Majhola area, told the police in a written complaint that his 14-year-old daughter had left home for school two days ago on Saturday morning at 7 am. When the daughter did not reach home, the family members investigated and found out that the daughter had not gone to school. At around 4:30 in the evening, his daughter reached home in a distraught state. On investigation, it was found that Vishal Saini, a resident of Ekta Colony, had met his daughter at the station. There he fed her chilli potatoes. After this, she fainted. The accused took the daughter on his scooty to his friend's room. He raped the teenager. After this, the accused threatened that if she complained to the police, her brother would be killed.
The accused left the victim near her house and fled. The daughter narrated her ordeal to her family on reaching home. In this case, Majhola police registered a case under POCSO and other sections on the basis of the father's complaint.
Majhola police station SHO Mohit Chaudhary said that the accused Vishal Saini was arrested on Monday and presented in the court, from where he was sent to the district jail. Inspector Mohit Chaudhary further said that interrogation of the arrested accused revealed that Vishal Saini's friend is a tenant in the girl's house. Vishal used to visit the tenant's house. Gradually he grew close to the landlord's daughter. When he got the chance, he made the landlord's daughter his victim by feeding her intoxicants in chilli potato.
