Saharsa, 23 September (HS). Bihar Raksha Vahini Swayamsevak Sangh on Monday organized a Dharna in Saharsa Stadium in support of 21 point demands. The program was presided over by Surendra Prasad Yadav. State General Secretary Sudeshvar Prasad, while addressing the Dharna, said that in the first phase, the home guards did duty against the government by wearing black badges for the 21 point demands and in the second phase, a memorandum was handed over to the District Officer through a one-day Dharna. In the third phase, a public meeting was held in each district and a call was given for an indefinite Dharna in Patna on 15th October.
He said that in the 21 point demands, a call was made to implement the orders of Honourable High Court Patna and Honourable Supreme Court Delhi for equal pay for equal work and all facilities to the home guards. Former Vice President Nandilal Yadav, former State Secretary Jageshwar Prasad Yadav, former Secretary Laxman Sharma, Vice President Abhiraman, Umesh Kumar Organization Secretary Banarasi Kumar, Deputy Secretary Shaktilal Sharma, Organizing Organization Secretary Ramdev Paswan, Sinku Kumar Ghanshyam Yadav, Umesh Yadav, Office Secretary Sunil Kumar Singh and other members addressed the meeting. In which an appeal was made to make the program successful by reaching in thousands to the rally in Patna on 15th October. A large number of Home Guard Jawans were present on this occasion.
