These women will get benefit
The government has set some eligibility criteria to get benefits under the Subhadra scheme. Women who do not fulfill these eligibility criteria will not get the benefit of this scheme. Subhadra Yojana has been started by the Odisha government. Therefore, the benefit of this scheme will be given only to the women of Odisha state. Women of other states will not be able to take advantage of it. Women from 21 years to 60 years will get benefits under this scheme.
To avail the benefits of the scheme, the name of the village should be mentioned in the ration card under the National Food Security Act or State Food Security Act. Along with this, the annual income of the woman's family should not exceed Rs 2.50 lakh. If this happens, you will not get any benefit
Under the Subhadra scheme A total of 50 thousand rupees will be available Women will be given Rs 10,000 annually. The government will run this scheme for 5 years. Every woman will be given Rs 10,000 for 5 consecutive years. That is, the government will give a total of Rs 50 thousand to women. Installments will be sent to women twice a year. The first installment will be given on the occasion of International Women's Day, while the second installment will be sent to the account on the occasion of Rakhi.
How to apply
Women of Odisha can apply for Sumitra Yojana both online and offline. To apply online, they have to visit the Subhadra portal. For offline, one can apply by visiting the nearest Anganwadi center, block office, urban local body office or CSC center.
