CBSE CTET December Exam 2024 Date: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has made an important change in the CTET December 2024 exam date. Earlier this exam was to be held on 1 December but now due to administrative reasons it will be held on 15 December 2024. The official notice issued by CBSE states that if the number of candidates increases in any city, then the exam can also be conducted on 14 December 2024.
Last date for registration is 16 October 2024
The good news for the candidates who are willing to appear in this exam is that the registration process is still going on. The last date to apply is 16 October 2024. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of CTET ctet.nic.in.
The number of exam centres has been reduced
This time CBSE has reduced the number of examination centers for CTET exam. While examination centers were set up in 184 cities for the July session, this number has been reduced to 132 for the December session. The exam will be conducted in two shifts – the first shift from 9:30 am to 12 noon and the second shift from 2:30 pm to 5 pm.
CBSE CTET December Exam 2024 Date: charge
For the CTET December exam, general category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 1,000 for one paper and Rs 1,200 for both papers. While the fee for OBC, SC and PWD category candidates is Rs 500 for one paper and Rs 600 for both papers respectively.
