Bikaner, September 20 (HS). The India-US joint training exercise Yudh Abhyas is now in its final phase. In the Mahajan Field Firing Range in the desert area of Rajasthan, Indian and American soldiers demonstrated complex tactical maneuvers, live-fire drills and joint air operations in which excellent coordination was seen. During the exercise, integrated operations of infantry, artillery and air operations, IED counter techniques, tactical blocking, precision shooting were prominent.
According to Defence PRO Amitabh Sharma, the exercise tested the military preparedness and joint operational capabilities of both the countries to ensure that both nations can successfully meet the changing security challenges. Senior military officials praised the professionalism and cooperation displayed and termed the exercise as important in strengthening joint readiness for future operations.
