Buttermilk Masala Powder Recipe : Most people like it with buttermilk while many people drink buttermilk after eating. Today I will tell you how to make Masala Masala or Buttermilk Masala.
Ingredients for making buttermilk masala
- Two glasses of buttermilk
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper (optional)
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp asafoetida (optional)
- Chopped coriander or mint for garnish
Buttermilk Masala Recipe
- In a bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder, red chili (if using), and salt.
- Then add asafoetida (if using) and mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander or mint. Then serve
- You can also crush the red chilli or add red chilli powder to it.
- You can also add lemon juice or dry mango powder.
- If you want, you can also add ginger and kasuri methi to it.
