Ingredients- 1 cup sago, 1 liter milk, one and a half cup sugar or jaggery, 4 cardamoms
Make Sabudana Kheer like this
Soak sago in water for about 15 minutes before cooking.
– Boil milk in a pan. After boiling, add sugar and cardamom powder to it.
– After this add soaked sago and let it boil for about 5-10 minutes. With this the sago will absorb the milk and swell nicely. Also add about 1 cup of water.
