how to make pav bhaji
- Pav Bhaji will be made in three steps –
To make garlic chutney, first soak 6 red dried Kashmiri chillies in hot water for 3 hours. Then put these soaked chillies in a mixer jar with some water, add 7 garlic cloves and salt. Then grind it. – Then take out the sauce in a bowl. - In the second step, take chopped carrots, flowers, beetroot, potatoes, brinjals, peas in the cooker. – Then add water, some pav bhaji masala, salt and boil it.
- In the third step, take oil in a pan. – Then add cumin seeds, kasuri methi, then finely chopped onion and fry it. – Then add chopped capsicum and fry it. – Then add turmeric, red chilli, pav bhaji masala, salt and mix. – Then add finely chopped tomatoes and garlic chutney and mix it.
- – Mash the cooked vegetables well in the cooker. That is, cut them. – Then put all these vegetables in the pan. – Then let it cook for some time and add lemon juice and green coriander to it. Your bhaji is ready.
- – Now put butter in a pan, add pav bhaji masala and green coriander and fry the pav. Now serve it with chopped onions and buttermilk.
