- Potato masala (onion, green chillies, coriander, cumin, ginger, red chilli powder, garam masala)
- Green chutney
- Curd
- Oil for frying
How to make Bread Samosa
- First of all, prepare the potato masala.
- For this, first boil the potatoes and then peel and mash them.
- – After this, finely chop onion, green chilli and green coriander.
- – Now heat some oil in a pan.
- When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and fry them.
- – After a few seconds, add finely chopped onion and green chillies and stir.
- – After some time, add finely chopped ginger and fry it.
- – Now add boiled and mashed potatoes to the pan and mix well.
- – Add all the spices and salt as per taste and mix well.
- – Now take bread pieces and cut them into triangle shapes.
- – Starting from one corner of the bread, fill it with potato masala and fold it like a roll.
