Bikaner, September 17 (HS). On the complaint of illegal refilling of domestic gas cylinders in vehicles and their misuse, the enforcement investigation team constituted by the District Collector (Logistics) on Tuesday took action against a car washing center located near Subhash Petrol Pump on Jaipur Road.
District Logistics Officer Bhaguram Mahala said that 10 domestic cylinders, two electronic scales and four gas refilling machines were seized from the premises of Monu Car Washing Center. Enforcement Officer Pawan Suthar and Enforcement Inspector Prakhar Bhargava took action against Rakesh Kumar son of Satbir for using domestic gas cylinders for commercial purposes.
The District Logistics Officer said that action was taken against the person for illegal refilling of vehicles from domestic gas cylinders and for violating the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Distribution and Supply) Order 2000. The material seized during the action was handed over to Jasman HP Gas Agency located in Khaturia Colony and was safely stored in the warehouse.
