Sunita Williams: First statement of Sunita Williams trapped in space, read in detail | News India

Astronauts Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore have been stranded in space for more than three months. On the other hand, both went to the International Space Station in the Starliner spacecraft. Now both of them have returned to Earth without taking anything. Meanwhile, the first statement of Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore has come out. They said that we are waiting for the next opportunity.

When both the astronauts were asked whether they were not angry with Boeing and NASA due to the technical fault in the mission, they flatly denied it. Pointing to the NASA logo on Sunita's T-shirt, Butch Wilmore said, “It represents what we want, what we do and what we do is out of the ordinary.”

What statement did both of them give?

Astronaut Sunita Williams's partner Butch Wilmore said, “We can't see it happening without us.” But it had to happen. It had to happen without us. Sunita Williams said with hope that we are waiting for the next opportunity.

“We are ready”

This mission has gone from eight days to eight months. Because of this, both the astronauts will have to stay in space for five months after spending three months in space. Both said that we are ready for this. Butch Wilmore said, we will give our best for eight months.

This is how you will vote in the election

Presidential elections are going to be held in America on November 5. Sunita Williams and Wilmore said that we are planning to vote in space. Sunita Williams laughed and said, “How different it will be that we are going to vote from space.”

Now when will both of them return?

The return mission of the two astronauts was repeatedly postponed due to technical problems in the Starliner spacecraft. After this, NASA announced on August 24 that Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore would be part of the Crew 9 mission and would return to Earth on SpaceX's Dragon spacecraft eight months later in February 2025. The Starliner spacecraft has landed on Earth without a crew.
