Bhoa: Some time ago on 8 June 2022, Taragarh police had registered a case of illegal mining against five people including former Bhoa MLA Joginder Pal. The case was going on in the Hon'ble Court. During the case, these five people have been acquitted by the court.
Giving information, former MLA Joginder Pal said that he had full faith in the honorable court that political parties have made a false report against him, the court will give him justice and today the honorable court has given the verdict and acquitted him, this decision has been taken, due to which there is a wave of happiness among his workers and those who love him. He said that today once again truth has won. In this regard, lawyer Harish Pathni told that the case was being heard by Judge Dr. Kaushal of JM IC Court. In which the case was heard on the basis of witnesses and five of them were acquitted by the court. On this occasion, District Chief Coordinator Satish Jat, Pamma, Block President Satish Sarna, Rajkumar Sihora, Chairman Harsh Sharma, Rakesh, Bobby, Gora Saini, Dalveer Saini, Lakhwinder Lahri, Sachin Kumar and other workers were present.
