Surat: In Kapodra area of ​​Surat, a married woman fed up with the harassment of her in-laws and made her daughter drink acid. Due to which the wife died. In this entire case, a case of abetment to suicide has been registered against the in-laws in Kapodra police station and the police have arrested the husband and father-in-law and taken legal action.

According to the information received in this regard, Jyotiben, originally from Akola in Maharashtra, was married to Ghanshyam Zakharde, who works as a jeweler, 5 years ago. They also have two children. After some time of marriage, her in-laws, including her husband, started to torture her physically and mentally.

On the day of this incident, the wife called her mother and complained that her husband had quarreled. After which he made his daughter drink acid and swallowed it himself. They were taken to the hospital for treatment. While the wife died, the daughter's health is said to be stable.

In this entire case, Kapodara police has registered a case of abetment to suicide against the woman's husband, father-in-law Vitthalbhai, brother-in-law Santosh and sister-in-law and is investigating further after arresting the husband and father-in-law.

In this regard, Kapodra PIMB Ausura said that two days ago a Maharashtrian family was living near Murgha Kendra in Kapodra area. In which the woman drank acid in the house. After which she was taken to the hospital. Where she died during treatment for some time. Since the woman was serious, her statement could not be taken before the police.

Yesterday the woman's family called the pier people and complained to the police that the woman was married 5 years ago and she also has two children. The daughter had to endure unbearable physical and mental torture. The daughter kept informing us by calling from time to time, but we also used to compromise from time to time so that the daughter's family life does not get ruined. Finally, after the woman committed suicide, a case was registered against her husband, father-in-law and other family members for abetting suicide.
