Agriculture Minister Ramvichar Netam on Wednesday took stock of the preparations for the Farmers' Mahakumbh (Farmers Training Co-Conference) program to be organized at the Science College grounds in the capital Raipur on March 09 and gave necessary instructions to the officials.
