Jerusalem, September 12 (HS). Israeli champions Maccabi Tel Aviv will play their four Europa League home matches at Belgrade's Partizan Stadium, Maccabi announced in a statement on Wednesday.

Maccabi will play home matches in Serbia as international organising bodies have barred Israel from hosting international football matches from October 7, 2023.

In the league stage, which will run from late September to late January, Maccabi will face Midtjylland, Real Sociedad, RFS Riga and Porto in Belgrade, as well as matches against Braga, Ajax Amsterdam, Besiktas and Bodo/Glimt.

According to Maccabi's statement, all parties involved agreed to allow fans to attend matches in Belgrade.
