Masala Sweet Corn Chaat Recipe
Ingredients for making chaat
- 900 gms – Frozen corn (boiled corn)
- 1 – Onion
- 1 cup – Tomatoes
- 2 tsp – green chilli
- 1/2 tsp – Chilli Powder
- 2 tbsp – Roasted cumin powder
- 1 cup – Capsicum (green chillies)
- 2-yellow capsicum
- 2 tsp – Coriander
- 1/2 tsp – black pepper
- 2 tsp – Ginger juice
- 2 tsp – Lemon juice
- 1 tsp – Black salt
- Salt as needed
Method for making chaat
- To make Healthy Snake Corn Chaat, first prepare tomatoes, onions, capsicum, and yellow capsicum by finely chopping them.
- – Once done, keep all the veggies aside.
- – Add salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder, black pepper and red chili powder in a bowl, mix it and keep it aside.
- Take a non-stick pan, place it on medium flame and add oil.
- Add the frozen corn kernels to the pan and fry for about 6-7 minutes.
- After this the corn grains will turn golden brown.
- After this turn off the gas.

- Mix these ingredients well.
- Add lemon juice and ginger juice to this mixture and mix well.
- The chaat is ready to be served.
