PM Modi will inaugurate Semicon India in Greater Noida today at 10:30 am | News India

New Delhi, September 11 (HS). Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate Semicon India-2024 at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh at around 10:30 am today. On this occasion, the Prime Minister will also address the people present. Detailed information of the program has been given in the Press Information Bureau (PIB) of the Government of India. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has also shared a pictorial brief of the program on X handle.

According to a press information office release, the Prime Minister's vision is to establish India as a global hub for semiconductor design, manufacturing and technology development. In line with this vision, Semicon India-2024 has been organized. It will conclude on September 13. Its theme is Shaping the Semiconductor Future.

According to PIB, this three-day conference will showcase India's semiconductor strategy and policy. It envisages making India a global hub for semiconductors. It will see the participation of top leadership of global semiconductor giants. Along with this, an important platform will be provided to global giants, companies and experts of the semiconductor industry. More than 250 exhibitors and 150 speakers will participate in this conference.
