Ramgarh, September 10 (HS). Bharatiya Janata Party candidate from Ramgarh assembly constituency Dr. Devendra Kumar Manyal filed his nomination papers from Ramgarh (SC) seat on Tuesday. Manyal was accompanied by MP Jugal Kishore Sharma and thousands of supporters from Tara Palace Ramgarh BJP office who reached the returning officer SDM office Ghagwal in a convoy and filed his nomination papers.
