Korba, September 10 (HS). Urga police today (Tuesday) succeeded in arresting 8 accused gambling in Gidhauri Pahripara forest. Police seized Rs 62,500 cash and 8 mobile phones worth Rs 1.5 lakh from the accused.
Superintendent of Police Siddharth Tiwari has said that our action against illegal activities and anti-social elements will continue. We caught 8 accused of gambling and seized a large amount of cash and mobile phones from them.
The accused who have been arrested include Ashok Das, father Bahuran (42 years)- Junwani, Sonu Sahu, father Falendra Kumar Sahu (33 years)- Mudapara, Bholu Sahu, father Ram Pandey (32 years)- Kashi Nagar Budhwari, Gangadhar Chawle, father Swarg Santram (27 years)- Chhal, Manoj Kumar Sahu, father Bootari Lal Sahu (39 years)- Naktikhar, Moh Aslam, father Moh Idu (29 years)- Mudapar, Ghaffar Khan, father Syed Abdullah (54 years)- Indira Nagar Korba, Moti Lal Khande, father Vishal Khande (42 years)- Bandar Kona.
