During an interview, Bobby was asked about his tough times and he said, 'You can sit back and regret whatever you did wrong. But how do you learn from your mistakes? It's just that you had to go through those things, and you had to come out of them. You can do that. No one can hold your hand. I can't tell my fans who are going through this how to get out because they all know how to get out. It's just that you have to believe in yourself.'
I was torturing myself
Bobby Deol further said that it feels like I am drowning. 'Everyone feels weak, everyone feels that they can't. It's so hard that you can't come out. It's like you're drowning and people let themselves drown. I think everyone can get out of it.
I think it's the little things like so and so. Suddenly a switch will go off and you'll say, 'I can do this.' For me, I had everyone around me in my house who was very concerned about me. She was encouraging me but it was very painful to look into her eyes when I was torturing myself. She couldn't help me except reassuring me with her words.'
