Hisar, September 9 (HS). An honour ceremony was organised at Brahma Sanskrit Pathshala in Hisar under the aegis of Bhagwan Parshuram Janseva Samiti in collaboration with Shri Parshuram International Organisation in the presence of former Indian Army General and Rajya Sabha member Dr. DP Vats. Industrialist and former minister Savitri Jindal was the chief guest, while prominent social worker and industrialist Vijay Kaushik presided over the ceremony.
The principal of the Sanskrit school and the founder president of the committee Yogendra Sharma welcomed all the guests as per the Vedic tradition by presenting them with coconut and ang vastr. International gold medalist astrologer Dr Baljeet Shastri was invited as the guest of honour in the programme. In this function, the best teachers who made a significant contribution in the field of education were honoured. Renowned astrologer Baljeet Shastri was honoured with the Adarsh Shikshak Samman Award, a memento and a letter of appreciation for providing free education in the field of Vedic astrology and for continuously propagating it in the country and abroad.
In his address, Dr. Baljeet Shastri praised the public welfare works being done by Bhagwan Parshuram Janseva Samiti and said that taking inspiration from this, everyone should use their wealth and education for the welfare of the society. On this occasion, National General Secretary Dr. Swastik Sharma, organization women state head Renuka Pandit, former chairman Satpal Sharma, former councilor Pinky Sharma, Pankaj Diwan, Sushil Sharma youth leader, Rajendra Kaushik former yard master, Ram Avatar Shastri, Pt. Surajmal Jeevan Puria, Vedprakash Sharma Inspector, educationist HK Sharma, educationist Dr. Radheshyam Shukla, social worker Vijay Dhal, Gulzar Kahlo etc were present. The stage was conducted by retired Chief Engineer Satpal Sharma.
