Ranchi, 09 September (HS). Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Rahul Kumar Sinha held a meeting on Monday regarding the procession to be taken out on the occasion of Jashn-e-Eid Miladunnabi on September 16. During this, the Deputy Commissioner gave several guidelines to the concerned officials.
On the occasion of Jashn-e-Eid Miladunnabi, the Deputy Commissioner took information from the committee members about the route prescribed for the procession regarding law and order and security arrangements. On this, the committee members agreed to take out the procession through the pre-decided route. During this, the Deputy Commissioner appealed to take out the procession peacefully and on time. On the occasion of Jashn-e-Miladunnabi, Julus-e-Eid Miladunnabi will be taken out at nine in the morning. The procession will be taken out from the rural and urban areas of Ranchi which will reach Risaldar Baba Mazar, Doranda.
The Deputy Commissioner assured the committee members about maintaining tight law and order and security arrangements on the occasion of Jashn-e-Eid Miladunnabi and making elaborate security arrangements on the designated route. The Deputy Commissioner also appealed to everyone to maintain mutual harmony. He also asked them not to pay heed to rumours. He appealed to keep a strict vigil on anti-social elements and contact the police administration in case of any untoward incident.
The Deputy Commissioner appealed to the members of the peace committee present in the meeting and said that the example of brotherhood set by Ranchi in the entire state on the occasion of Miladunnabi should remain intact. The procession should be taken out peacefully. He requested that the procession should be taken out on the designated route so that there is no problem of traffic jam during the procession, common people or you people do not face any problem in taking out the procession. The system should be well organized and convenient for everyone.
