He said this while attending the Ganesh Mahotsav organized by the Resident Welfare Association in Mansarovar Colony as the chief guest. He also performed special prayers with the devotees. On this occasion, Dr. Aditya Batra said that the Ganesh festival has been celebrated in Haryana for the last few years. He said that it first started in Pune, Maharashtra, which is now being celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm by people all over the country as Ganesh Utsav.
