Spinach is a vegetable which is rich in nutrition. Most of the people try only one recipe of spinach, eating which sometimes leads to boredom. Therefore, today we have brought for you the recipe of Garlic Spinach which is very delicious in taste.
Material:
200 grams spinach
30 grams fenugreek leaves
1 teaspoon asafoetida
4 teaspoon oil
finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
3 spoon gram flour
2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup curd
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt as per taste
Instruction:
– First of all boil water in a pan. Wash spinach and fenugreek leaves and put them in boiling water. When they boil well, cool them in cold water and then filter them. – Grind them in a mixer and make puree.
– Heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida and then add onion and ginger-garlic paste. Fry until onion becomes soft.
– Now add gram flour in this pan and fry it. Mix turmeric, red chilli, coriander and cumin powder. Stir well for one minute.
– Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Then add prepared spinach puree in it.
-Mix garam masala, curd and salt. Cook for a while until the flavors mix.
– Heat oil for tempering in a separate pan. Add cumin seeds, chopped garlic and Kashmiri red chilli. Fry them and add this spice to the spinach vegetable. mix well.
-Your hot and delicious Garlic Spinach Sabzi is ready to serve.
