These days, vegetarian diet is being discussed all over the world and the number of people adopting this lifestyle is increasing rapidly. It is prepared similarly to Paneer Bhurji and is enjoyed by both children and adults. Making this recipe is not very difficult and it is prepared in a very short time. Material:
Tofu – 300 grams
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Red capsicum – 1
Cumin – 1 teaspoon
Chopped ginger – 1 tsp
Green chilli – 1-2
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
salt as per taste
recipe:
-First of all, mash the tofu with hands and keep it aside in a bowl.
Then finely chop onion, tomato, green chilli and red capsicum into small pieces.
– Take a pan, heat oil on medium flame and add cumin seeds in it. When cumin starts crackling, add finely chopped onion, capsicum, ginger and fry.
-Fry all the ingredients until soft.
– Now add finely chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
-After cooking all the ingredients for 2-3 minutes, add crumbled tofu and mix well with the rest of the ingredients.
Then add salt and black pepper powder and mix for 1-2 minutes and then turn off the flame.
-Your tofu bhurji is ready. Take it out in a plate and serve it and garnish with fresh coriander and enjoy.
